The friction coefficient meter is suitable for testing the wear resistance of the printing ink layer of printed products, the wear resistance of the photosensitive layer of PS plates, and the wear resistance of the surface coating of related products.

Common faults of the friction coefficient meter:

1. If the display is abnormal or the spindle does not rotate during the test, press the reset button until all parameters are normal and the alarm light is off before the next test. If abnormal sounds are found during the test, the machine should be stopped and checked immediately.

2. If the display is abnormal, check whether the connection and socket are in good contact.

3. If the sound is uneven when the spindle rotates, check whether the belt is loose.

Daily maintenance of the friction coefficient meter:

1. Before work, check whether all parameters are normal.

2. The test machine should be kept clean and the hydraulic oil is generally replaced once a year.
