Function and Use
The SN-N01 gas permeability meter (hereinafter referred to as the gas permeability meter) is used to test the permeability of various gases such as O2, CO2, N2, etc. in various films, infusion bags and other packaging materials. This product is designed and manufactured based on the differential pressure test principle and in accordance with GB/T 1038, ISO 2556 and other standards. It uses high-precision pressure sensors and automatic differential pressure maintenance technology to achieve high test accuracy. It is suitable for testing the gas permeability of films, sheets, paper, packaging and related materials in the fields of food, medicine, medical devices, daily chemicals, photovoltaic electronics, etc., and provides a wide range of high-efficiency gas permeability testing for high, medium and low gas barrier materials.
Test Principle
The SN-N01 gas permeability meter is designed based on the differential pressure method. The pre-treated sample is placed between the high and low pressure test chambers, clamped, and the entire test system is vacuum treated. Fill the high-pressure chamber with experimental gas to ensure that a constant pressure difference is formed on both sides of the sample. Under the action of the pressure difference, the gas penetrates from the high-pressure chamber through the film to the low-pressure chamber. By monitoring the pressure change of the low-pressure chamber, the barrier parameters of the tested sample can be calculated.

The software interface is simple and easy to operate. You can choose automatic and manual testing; the experimental report is automatically saved, and the transmittance and other parameters and curves can be printed.

6. Large-scale maintenance-free design, excellent performance, can be operated uninterruptedly all year round, with overpressure safety protection function.
