The SN-S electronic tear tester of Guangzhou Shounuo Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd. is suitable for testing the tear resistance of films, sheets, soft polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC), waterproof rolls, woven materials, polyolefins, polyesters, textiles and non-woven fabrics.
Test Principle
The electronic (film) tear tester is an instrument that uses the tearing principle and the Elmendorf method to test the tearing strength of plastic films and sheets.

Automatic pendulum release control and automatic memory and display of results reduce human errors, making it easy to operate and making the results stable and correct.

The instrument is equipped with special calibration weights and built-in calibration procedures, which is convenient for measurement and calibration departments (third parties) to calibrate the instrument. During calibration, enter the calibration test procedure, screw the calibration weight into the calibration screw hole, and you can easily calibrate the indication error. This instrument is a tearing tester that users can use their own weights to verify the indication.
