Function and Use

The moisture meter is a new type of rapid moisture detection instrument. Compared with the international oven heating method, its test results have good consistency, are interchangeable, and the detection efficiency is much higher than the oven method. It only takes a few minutes to complete the measurement of general samples. The instrument is easy to operate and the test is accurate. The display part uses a red digital tube, and the display value is clear and visible. It can display the moisture value, sample initial value, final value, measurement time, temperature initial value, final value and other data. And it has the function of connecting to a computer and a printer.

Test principle

The ring-shaped halogen heater ensures that the sample is evenly heated during the high-temperature test, making the sample surface less susceptible to damage and drying quickly. During the drying process, the moisture meter continuously measures and instantly displays the sample's lost moisture content%. After the drying process is completed, the final measured moisture content value is locked and displayed.
