Functional Use

Artificial daylight D65 recognized by the International Commission on Illumination (CIE) is used as the standard basic lighting source; the illumination range of the light source is 750 to 3200 lux; the background color of the light source is medium gray, and its reflectance must be less than one-third of the incident light; Ultra-Violet Illuminant (UV) is provided for detecting items using fluorescent and whitening dyes; it provides store light sources and can provide other light sources for color comparison. It can be used all day in various industries such as printing, paint, ink, plastic, printing and dyeing, etc., where color observation and color matching are involved.

 

Test principle

The microcomputer controls the instantaneous switching between multiple light sources to avoid the flashing light like household fluorescent tubes, so as to accurately compare the color differences of goods under different light sources; accurately record the use time of each set of lamps, usually the fluorescent tubes need to be replaced after more than 2,000 hours of use to avoid detection errors caused by aging of the fluorescent tubes;
