Function and Use
The constant temperature and humidity test machine can simulate different test conditions such as high temperature and high humidity/high temperature and low humidity/low temperature and high humidity/low temperature and low humidity. It is widely used in aerospace, military, electronics, electrical appliances, petroleum, chemical, coatings, plastics, post and telecommunications, medical and pharmaceutical, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions and other industries to conduct environmental reliability tests on products for temperature and humidity resistance.
Test Principle
The constant temperature and humidity test machine adopts a balanced temperature and humidity control system (BTHC) to control the SSR in a P.I.D. way, so that the heating and humidification amount of the system is equal to the heat and humidity loss, allowing the machine to operate stably for a long time.

Instrument features
1. The whole machine is sheet metal painted, and the inner box is mirror stainless steel
2. The insulation material is made of high-temperature resistant and high-density ethyl chloroformate foam insulation material
3. The humidification system adopts a stainless steel humidification cylinder design, with additional water shortage power off and over-humidity protection
4. The heater adopts a stainless steel fin-type heat dissipation tube heating tube imported from Taiwan
5. No fuse switch, [compressor overload, refrigerant high and low pressure, over-humidity and over-temperature] protection switch, fuse failure warning system
