Function and Use

The SD-2J solvent moisture meter of Guangzhou Shounuo Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd. is used to detect trace moisture in solvents. It has high detection accuracy, simple operation, and direct digital display of results. It is mainly used to determine the moisture content in solvents, paper, oil products, medicines, coatings and other products. The instrument is advanced and easy to operate, and the test data is reliable and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of moisture content in many industries such as pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, petrochemicals, scientific research, universities, food, tobacco, and light industry. Scope of application: organic compounds generally saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbons, acetals, acyl halides, acids, alcohols, stable acyl, amides, weak amines, anhydrides, disulfides, lipids, ether halides, peroxides, orthoesters, salts and thioethers. Inorganic compounds generally, acidic oxides, aluminum oxide, acyl, barium peroxide, calcium carbide, copper oxide, desiccant, hydrazine sulfate, and salts of some organic and inorganic acids.

Test principle

The SD-2J moisture analyzer uses Karl Fischer volumetric titration to determine the moisture content in the sample being tested.
