Function and Use
Applicable to the packaging industry, papermaking industry, film manufacturers, packaging material testing agencies, etc. to determine the static friction coefficient and dynamic friction coefficient of plastic film, rubber, paper, cardboard, woven bags, wood, coating and other materials during sliding. By determining the size of the friction coefficient, its smoothness, opening difficulty and uniformity can be judged, so as to correctly guide production and control and adjust the production process.
Test Principle
Cut the sample into two pieces, one of which is placed on the workbench with a sample clamp, and the other piece wraps the slider, and then the slider is placed on the hanging hole of the sensor, so that the sample moves under the gravity of the slider, that is, the two test surfaces move relative to each other. The force signal measured by the sensor is amplified by the integrator and sent to the recorder, and the dynamic friction coefficient and static friction coefficient are recorded separately.
