Function and Use
Headspace sampler is a sample pretreatment device for gas chromatography analysis. Compared with other sample pretreatment methods, such as solvent extraction and thermal analysis, it is simpler and more practical, has higher working efficiency, and has good reproducibility of chromatographic analysis results. It is one of the preferred methods for gas chromatography measurement analysis.
Instrument Features
1. Full Chinese LCD display, simple operation, one-button start. Automatic heating balance, needle insertion, sampling, injection, start chromatography and workstation, replace sample bottles, etc., to achieve full automation of the process.
2. 12 samples can be preset without manual intervention, which improves the reliability and consistency of analysis work.
3. There are multiple fault judgment and processing modes, which can automatically judge the position of the sample bottle and automatically avoid the position without bottle filling. In the event of position failure, it can avoid bottle collision. In the event of abnormal mechanical movement, it can automatically stop and prompt, effectively ensuring the reliability of high-precision movement and avoiding damage.
4. All sample transmission pipelines and quantitative rings use imported high-inert deactivated pipelines, which are free of residue and cross-contamination, ensuring the repeatability and accuracy of sample injection;
5. The combination of the six-way valve and the quantitative ring reduces the gas volume and ensures the injection accuracy.
6. The connection point between the six-way valve and the transmission pipeline is in the heating and incubation box, without transmission cold spots, ensuring the integrity of the sample.
7. The classic positive pressure sampling method can be used to measure liquid or solid samples with high detection sensitivity. Normal pressure injection, no baseline drift.
8. All actions are driven by motors, no external driving gas is required, and it is safe and convenient to use.
9. The whole machine adopts an all-aluminum alloy structure and a plastic shell to ensure rigidity and greatly reduce weight, ensuring transportation safety.
10. It has strong compatibility and can be simply connected to various gas chromatographs at home and abroad, and can start the chromatograph and workstation simultaneously. It can also read the ready signal of the chromatograph and work with the chromatograph.
11. Six-way valves with different working temperatures and imported inert injection needles can be selected according to customer needs.
12. Electronic pressure control (EPC) system can be installed to reduce manual adjustment errors.
13. With RS232 interface, it can communicate with the workstation and set various parameters on the workstation.
