Function and Use

Whiteness meter is a special instrument for measuring the whiteness of objects. ①It can measure ISO whiteness (i.e. R457 whiteness). For fluorescent whitening samples, it can also measure the fluorescent whitening produced by the emission of fluorescent substances. ②Measure the lightness stimulation value. ③Measure the opacity. ④Measure the transparency. ⑤Measure the light scattering coefficient and absorption coefficient. ⑥Measure the ink absorption value. It is widely used in the whiteness measurement of paper and cardboard, textile printing and dyeing, paint and coating, chemical building materials, plastic products, cement, calcium carbonate powder, ceramics, enamel, porcelain clay, talcum powder, starch, flour, salt, detergent, cosmetics and other objects.

Instrument features

1. The instrument has a novel appearance and compact structure. The advanced circuit design effectively guarantees the accuracy and stability of the measured data

2. The instrument simulates D65 illumination

3. The instrument adopts d/o illumination observation geometry; the diameter of the diffuse ball is 150mm, the diameter of the test hole is 30mm (19mm), and a light absorber is provided to eliminate the influence of the sample mirror reflection light

4. The instrument has a printer and uses an imported thermal printer mechanism, which does not require the use of ink and ribbon, has no noise during operation, and has a fast printing speed

5. It uses a large color touch screen LCD display, which displays the measurement and statistical results in Chinese and prompts the operation steps. The friendly human-machine interface makes the instrument easy to operate

6. Data communication: This instrument is equipped with RJ45 network interface and USB interface. Users can transmit data to the server through Ethernet TCP/IP protocol or directly connect to the computer through a USB cable. The instrument has WIFI function. Users can transfer test data to the computer through the router via the host computer software and generate reports

7. The instrument has power-off protection, and the calibration data will not be lost after power failure
