Water vapor permeability meter is a high-precision experimental test equipment integrating mechanics, electronics and software. It is suitable for testing the water vapor permeability of plastic films, composite films, sheets and packaging containers such as plastic bottles and plastic bags in the air. It complies with international standards GB 1037, GB/T 16928, ASTM E96, ASTM D1653, TAPPI T464 and ISO 2528. It is a human-computer interactive intelligent detection system with a microprocessor as the core, touch screen buttons and high-precision weight, temperature and humidity sensor mechanisms as inputs, and a high-definition touch screen as the monitoring output. It can also be connected to a PC through an RS232 interface. The gas permeability meter (hereinafter referred to as the gas permeability meter) is used to test the permeability of various gases such as O2, CO2, N2, etc. in various films, infusion bags and other packaging materials. This product is based on the differential pressure test principle and is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T 1038, ISO 2556 and other standards. It uses high-precision pressure sensors and automatic differential pressure maintenance technology to achieve high test accuracy. It is suitable for gas permeability performance testing of films, sheets, paper, packaging and related materials in the fields of food, medicine, medical equipment, daily chemicals, photovoltaic electronics, etc., and provides a wide range and high-efficiency gas permeability test for high, medium and low gas barrier materials.

Gas chromatograph is used to detect the residual solvent of packaging and printing materials and the purity and content of the solvent. Its basic principle is: gas, liquid or solid samples are sent into the chromatographic (separation) column system through the vaporization chamber through a certain injection method. The mixture components in the sample flow through the chromatographic column driven by the carrier gas (N2). The components in the sample are separated under the action of the stationary phase in the chromatographic column. The separated single components enter a system called a detector with the carrier gas. Each component obtains non-electrical quantity conversion in the detector, converting the chemical components into electrical signals (current or voltage) proportional to their concentrations. These electrical signals corresponding to each component are sent to the recording instrument or data acquisition and processing system, so that each component in the mixture can be qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed.
